Free discovery call
We listen, tell you honestly whether we can help, and quote your first steps.
- Day one · 25–30 min
Your full story & blood draw
History, timeline, prior labs, medications, exposures and what you've tried. Then we build your panel and draw it the same visit. $250, with $100 credited toward your panel.
- Between visits · ~2 weeks
Your labs run, and Dr. Axe checks in
Your panel runs, including the specialty markers most labs don't carry. You get a short recorded walkthrough from Dr. Axe explaining what we're looking for in your case.
- Day two · ~45 min
Your lab review
Every marker on screen against its optimal range, the root-cause pattern, and the one thing we'd fix first.
- Same day
Your written plan
Meal plan, supplement and tincture protocol, and the therapies that fit, in order.
- 90 days later
We prove it
We rerun what was off and set it beside your originals, then revise the plan around what actually moved.

In Franklin / Cool Springs, about 20 minutes south of downtown Nashville and 15 minutes from Brentwood, with free parking at the door.

First-visit questions.
The questions we're asked most. For anything else, call and ask a person.
How long is the first visit?
The consultation runs 25 to 30 minutes with a licensed practitioner, and your blood is drawn the same visit. Plan on about an hour at the clinic.
Do I need to fast?
Yes, 10 to 12 hours, water only, so your panel can be drawn at the first visit.
When do I get my results?
About two weeks later, at a lab review of roughly 45 minutes. You leave that appointment with your written plan.
Will I see Dr. Axe?
Your appointments are with Bryson Siemon, RN, our medical director, or Ragan Spinks, NP, our lead nurse practitioner. Dr. Axe designs the protocols and records a personal video walkthrough for every patient before their lab review.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking on site, right at the door.
